The Japan Performing Arts Foundation (a Public Interest Incorporated Foundation; hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) recognizes the proper handling and protection of personal information necessary for its operations as a social responsibility and promotes initiatives based on the following policy.

The Foundation strictly complies with laws and regulations related to personal information and other applicable norms, and will impose strict measures against any violations.

In addition, for individuals who become members of programs managed by the Foundation, personal information will be used not only for the purposes listed above but also for matters relating to the acquisition and loss of membership status, creation and management of membership lists, collection of membership fees, and related administrative operations.
3. Security Management
The Foundation exercises the utmost care in managing personal information and implements necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or alteration.
The Foundation enhances education and training for its employees to continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and awareness.Where the handling of personal information is outsourced, the Foundation will provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
4. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
If an individual requests disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal data held by the Foundation, the Foundation will endeavor to respond promptly through its inquiry contact point. If the Foundation is unable to comply with such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, it will provide an explanation of the reasons.
5. Continuous Improvement
This Privacy Policy may be revised without prior notice in order to ensure the proper handling of personal information and to achieve continuous improvement.
